The two days off seem to have had an overwhelming effect. This morning I snapped back into my routine of going to the gym at 6:30am (yes I know, mad, barking mad). In to work on time (ish) powered through my first conference call which seemed to go really well.

It’s resulted in me feeling incredibly motivated and energised. Or maybe someone spiked my coffee, not sure.

Whatever it is, I’m sure the two extra days off REALLY helped. It does make me think that sometimes you don’t have to go away to have a break. I just stayed at home and caught up on all the fun things I wanted to do. Surprisingly very little of that time was spent playing of World of Warcraft. Maybe another reason for feeling so motivated was I was doing fun things that were a little more productive than seeing how much gold I could make on the Auction House!

I also finished editing and published two more podcasts for my coaching site. It’s so great to see something like that growing into something bigger that just me, myself and I. It’s really taking on a life of it’s own which makes it a real joy to be part of. Feel free to tune in at http://www.actionpodcast.com (yes I know shameless plug, but don’t tell anyone)
