Firstly lets explain a few thing, like what exactly is a coach? Someone that helps you achieve your goals in the shortest time possible. If needed, your coach will also help you identify what those goals may be.

Then a coach can help
Life coaching will help you verbalise your ideas and dreams, without fear of being judged or having someone else’s opinions forced upon you. A life coach will help you explore what your options are and develop your own direction at your own pace.
A typical example of someone that would benefit from a life coach is a person that feels that their life isn’t quite as fulfilling as they think it could be. A frequent thought running through their minds would be:- “there must be something better than this!”.
