I thought it might be useful to list a few sites that I’ve personally found useful for my own self development. Let me know if you have any that you recommend so I can add the to the list.

http://nutritiondiva.quickanddirtytips.com/
A fairly ad subsidised blog, but the author has some really good information and comes out with regular updates. What I love the most about this, is I subscribe to the audio version via iTunes and it automatically downloads and puts it on my iphone so I can listen to the tips on the move.

http://www.scoobysworkshop.com/
I bet you can’t find a single website that promotes body building and fitness the isn’t trying to sell you something. Well I found one, it’s Scooby‘s Workshop. He’s just a guy (who happens to be built like a brick s**t house) and has decided to give something back. That is hours of videos, pages and pages of advice, suggestions and tools to use. I’ve ben following Scooby for a few years now, and he still isn’t trying to sell me anything! Awesome.

http://blog.lifehacker.com/
Cheesy, fun, interesting and a bit pointless at times. Having said that Life Hacker does some times come up with some interesting articles. But for the part, it does make you wonder if people just have a bit too much time on their hands to write a blog and record a video on things like how to fold a blanket.

http://zite.com/
I love my iPad and I love Zite even more. Although technically not a single site, it’s an automatic digital magazine that tailors the content to my own preferences, automatically. It’s magical and you’ll often see me posting from it onto my twitter feed.
