This meetup is specifically designed for small groups of gay men looking to work on their confidence, in work, socially or any other area of life they feel they could do with a boost.

The session is of a group coaching style. This means we’ll kick of with a round table of areas that each person would like to focus on and discover a common ground that would be the greatest benefit.

Coaching is not a quick fix and people attending should bear this in mind. To really gain the benefits from coaching between 4-6 sessions will provide you with the results you’ll notice.

Sessions will be held on a monthly basis and the specific follow up date will be scheduled after the current session is completed. This will allow me to schedule according to those most likely to attend the next session.
